Follow these instructions while taking Numet 25 MG Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

• Take the tablet at the same time each day.

• Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Numet 25 MG Tablet 10 contains metoprolol (25 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Beta1-selective blocking: Metoprolol selectively blocks beta1-adrenergic receptors found primarily in the heart, leaving beta2-receptors in the lungs and blood vessels relatively unaffected at lower doses.
