• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush it.
• You can take this medicine with or without food.

Nowheiz Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Nowheiz Tablet 10 consists of two active components:

• Montelukast (10 mg): This anti-leukotriene agent works by blocking substances in your body called leukotrienes that cause inflammation and constrict your airways. By blocking these substances, Montelukast reduces inflammation and prevents asthma symptoms.
• Desloratadine (5 mg): It is an antihistamine that works by blocking certain receptors in your body called histamine H1 receptors. When these receptors are blocked, symptoms caused by allergies such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, and red eyes are prevented. Desloratadine also has anti-inflammatory effects.

• Keep Nowheiz Tablet 10 in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30℃.
• Protect it from direct light.
• Always keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
• Make sure to use it before the expiry date mentioned on the package.

• Use a saline nasal spray to rinse irritants and allergens from your nasal passages.
• Minimise exposure to allergens like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander by keeping windows closed, wearing face masks, and maintaining clean living spaces.
• Inhale steam from a bowl of hot water to help clear nasal passages and reduce congestion. Peppermint, eucalyptus, and tea tree essential oils can be used for steam inhalation or diffused to ease congestion.
