Novastat CV 10 Capsule can interact with medications including:

• Immunosuppressants such as Cyclosporine: Cyclosporine greatly increases rosuvastatin levels. If you are taking cyclosporine, don't take more than 5 mg of rosuvastatin per day.
• Fibrates such as Gemfibrozil: Gemfibrozil increases rosuvastatin levels and the risk of muscle problems. Avoid taking these together, but if necessary, limit rosuvastatin to 10 mg per day.
• Anti-gout agents such as Colchicine: Combining rosuvastatin with colchicine can cause muscle problems. Be cautious.
• Medicines Associated with Bleeding Risk: Using clopidogrel with other bleeding-risk medicines increases the chance of bleeding. Use cautiously.
• Oral Anticoagulants such as Heparin: Combining clopidogrel with oral anticoagulants increases bleeding risk. It's not recommended.
• Thrombolytics to treat blood clots: The bleeding risk is similar to using thrombolytics and heparin with ASA.

• Asthma, urticaria, rhinitis, or other hypersensitivity to aspirin or NSAIDs: These individuals may be more likely to have allergic reactions to the medication.
• Active liver disease or unexplained, persistent elevations of serum transaminases: This capsule can further elevate liver enzymes or worsen liver function.
• Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min): This capsule is excreted by the kidneys, and severe impairment could lead to accumulation and toxicity.
• Myopathy: This medication can increase the risk of muscle damage, which could be more severe in patients with a history of muscle disorders.
• Concomitant cyclosporine use: Cyclosporine can increase the levels of the medication in the body, raising the risk of side effects.
• Active pathological bleeding such as a peptic ulcer or intracranial haemorrhage: This capsule can increase bleeding risk, which is dangerous in these conditions.
