Novabrad 15 Tablet 10 contains ivabradine (15 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Funny Current Inhibition: Ivabradine selectively blocks what medical experts call the "funny current" also known as "I(f)" in the sinoatrial node, which is the natural pacemaker of your heart. This action specifically targets the cells responsible for generating your heartbeat.

• Heart Rate Reduction: By inhibiting the funny current, this medicine slows down the electrical activity in your heart's pacemaker cells, which leads to a lower heart rate. This occurs without affecting other important heart functions.
