Nocat Eye Drops 10ml

Nocat Eye Drops are used for managing symptoms of corneal opacities, cataracts, and certain eye infections. It is formulated with Calcium Chloride, Potassium Iodide, and Sodium Chloride. Calcium chloride helps maintain corneal transparency and reduces the risk of opacity formation. Potassium iodide helps in managing corneal ulcers and opacities, while sodium chloride ensures isotonicity for comfortable administration. It helps maintain healthy eyesight, protects against eye disorders, and supports healthy eye function when used as directed by a physician.

• Calcium Chloride (1%): Calcium chloride plays a crucial role in maintaining corneal transparency and managing opacity formation. It supports the structural integrity of the cornea, helping keep vision clear and reducing the risk of cataract development.
   
• Potassium Iodide (3.3%): Potassium iodide helps in the management of corneal ulcers and opacities. It supports corneal health by reducing the risk of infection and maintaining clarity of vision.
   
• Sodium Chloride (0.83%): Sodium chloride provides isotonicity to the ophthalmic solution, making it gentle and comfortable for the eyes. It ensures that the drops do not cause irritation or discomfort during application.
   
• Other Ingredients: Phenylmercuric Nitrate (As a Preservative) and Sterile Aqueous Base.

• Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 3 or 4 hours or as directed by the physician.

• Read the label carefully before use.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• For external use only.
• Not for injection.
• Do not touch the nozzle tip to any surface to avoid contamination.
• Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
• Discontinue use and consult your physician if you experience any side effects.

Warnings:

• If irritation persists or increases, the use should be discontinued and a physician consulted.
• The dropper tip or any other dispensing tip should not be touched to any surface to prevent contamination of the solution.
• The solution must be used within one month after opening the container. It should be discarded if it becomes cloudy or dark brown.
