Lucoz Powder is used for managing various fungal skin infections, including athlete’s foot, ringworm, jock itch, dhobie itch, thrush, and dry, flaky skin. Formulated with 1% Luliconazole, it works by inhibiting fungal growth, effectively clearing the infection while relieving symptoms such as itching, redness, irritation, and dryness. The powder should be applied topically to the affected area as prescribed by your doctor.

• Luliconazole (1%): Luliconazole is an imidazole-class antifungal agent. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. Without ergosterol, the fungal cell membrane becomes weak, leading to cell death. This action effectively helps manage fungal infections on the skin.

• Manages Athlete’s Foot (Tinea Pedis): Lucoz Powder helps manage athlete’s foot by directly targeting the fungi that cause infection between the toes and on the soles of the feet. It reduces itching, burning, redness, and peeling, while inhibiting the infection from spreading to other areas or recurring. The antifungal action restores the skin’s natural barrier and promotes faster healing.
   
• Assists in Ringworm (Tinea Corporis): For ringworm, the powder works on the circular red patches that appear on the body. It stops fungal growth at the site of infection, relieves intense itching, reduces the formation of new lesions, and accelerates skin recovery.
