Lanspro D Capsule 10 is used for:

• Management of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Relief from heartburn and acid regurgitation
• Treatment of peptic ulcer disease
• Control of nausea and vomiting associated with delayed gastric emptying
• Management of gastric acid hypersecretion conditions, such as Zollinger–Ellison syndrome

• Take Lanspro D Capsule 10 exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the capsule whole with water.
• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.
• It is usually taken before meals for optimal effect.
• Continue treatment for the full prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve.

Lanspro D Capsule 10 is intended for oral use.

Lanspro D Capsule 10 contains the following active components:

• Domperidone (30 mg): Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that enhances gastrointestinal motility by blocking dopamine receptors. This accelerates gastric emptying and helps prevent nausea and vomiting.
• Lansoprazole (30 mg): Lansoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the acid-producing enzyme system in the stomach lining. Together, these components act synergistically to relieve acid reflux and digestive discomfort.
