Klimpass Gel 50 GM

Klimpass Gel is used for cleansing and moisturising the intimate areas. It combines the antiseptic action of Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride with the moisturising properties of Glycerin in a smooth gel base. The formulation supports skin cleansing by helping reduce surface microbial presence while maintaining hydration. Hydroxyethyl Cellulose provides the gel form and supports even application. 

• Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride: Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride acts as a broad-spectrum antiseptic agent that targets microbial cells. It reduces surface microbial load and supports cleaner skin areas. The compound contributes to infection control by binding to microbial cell walls and disrupting their structure.
   
• Glycerin: Glycerin draws moisture towards the skin surface and helps maintain hydration. It softens the skin and supports flexibility and comfort during application. The ingredient contributes to a protective barrier that helps retain moisture in treated areas.
   
• Other Ingredients: Hydroxyethyl Cellulose.

• Bruised Areas and Wounds: The combined action of Chlorhexidine and glycerin helps keep the applied area clean and moisturised, supporting the natural skin repair process. 

• Wash your hands thoroughly before application.
• Apply a thin layer of Klimpass Gel to the external area as directed.
• Spread gently and allow gel to absorb.
• Use as often as prescribed, typically once or twice daily.
