Kezox Z Soap is used for managing fungal infections such as dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and pityriasis versicolor. It contains Ketoconazole, a potent antifungal agent that inhibits fungal cell membrane synthesis, reducing the growth of fungi and helping clear infections. Zinc Pyrithione provides additional antimicrobial and antifungal action, reducing flaking, itching, and irritation. Glycerin helps moisturise and protect the skin, alleviating dryness. 

• Ketoconazole 2%: Ketoconazole is a potent antifungal agent that works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a crucial component of fungal cell membranes. By disrupting the integrity of the fungal cell membrane, it inhibits the growth and reproduction of fungi, helping clear infections such as dandruff, ringworm, and seborrheic dermatitis.
