Just Tears Eye Ointment is used for relieving dryness, irritation, and burning sensation in the eyes temporarily. It is formulated with Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Benzyl Alcohol, and Glycerin, which together help lubricate, soothe, and protect the eyes from dryness caused by wind, sunlight, or prolonged screen use. The ointment forms a protective moisture barrier that reduces redness, swelling, and discomfort.

• Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (0.3%): This is a water-soluble polymer that acts as a lubricant and tear substitute. It forms a protective film on the eye surface, reducing friction between the eyelid and cornea and providing long-lasting relief from dryness, irritation, and discomfort.
   
• Glycerin (0.1%): A natural humectant that attracts and retains water. In the eyes, it helps keep the ocular surface hydrated, alleviating dryness and reducing the burning sensation caused by wind, dust, or prolonged screen time.
   
• Benzyl Alcohol (0.1%): A mild preservative that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi in the ointment, ensuring the product remains safe and effective for repeated use. It also has mild antiseptic properties that help maintain ocular hygiene. 
   
• Other Ingredients: Sterile Ointment Base (q.s.).

• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
• Remove your contact lenses, if you wear any, before applying.
• Tilt your head backwards, gently pull the lower eyelid, and apply it as advised.
• Gently close the eye and press the inner corner for 1–2 minutes.
• Wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting contact lenses.
• Use as directed by your doctor.
