Ivernol Cream 30gm

Ivernol Cream 30gm is used to:

• Treat inflammatory lesions of rosacea
• Reduce Demodex mite density associated with rosacea
• Reduce inflammatory skin changes associated with rosacea
• Help control symptoms of rosacea when used as prescribed

Follow these instructions while using Ivernol Cream 30gm:

• Wash and gently dry the affected skin area before application.
• Apply a thin layer over the affected area once daily, or as prescribed.
• Avoid applying to broken skin unless advised by your doctor.
• Continue the full course even if symptoms improve early.

Ivernol Cream 30gm is used topically.

Ivernol Cream 30gm contains Ivermectin (1%), which:

• Binds to chloride channels in parasites, causing paralysis and death of the mites or other skin-dwelling parasites.
• Exerts direct anti-inflammatory effects by reducing inflammatory cytokines involved in rosacea-related skin inflammation.
• Works locally with minimal systemic absorption, targeting affected skin areas to reduce lesions, redness, and irritation.

• Store below 25°C, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
• Keep the tube or container tightly closed when not in use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use it after the expiry date on the package.

• Gentle skincare routine: Use a mild, fragrance-free cleanser to wash the affected area. Avoid harsh soaps, scrubs, exfoliators, or alcohol-based products, as they can increase redness and irritation.
• Sun protection: Protect the treated skin from excessive sunlight. Use sunscreen and limit direct sun exposure, as sensitive skin may react more strongly to sunlight during treatment.
• Avoid triggers (if used for rosacea): Spicy foods, hot beverages, alcohol, stress, and extreme temperatures may worsen facial redness. Identifying and avoiding personal triggers can support better control of symptoms.
• Do not touch or pick the skin: Avoid scratching, rubbing, or picking at the affected area, as this can worsen irritation and delay healing.
