Ibolme Beta Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Ibolme Beta Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day to help you remember.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly, even if you feel well.

• Never stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

• If you have trouble swallowing tablets, speak to your doctor for advice.

Ibolme Beta Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Ibolme Beta Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to lower blood pressure:

• Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): This is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It prevents the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to narrow. By blocking angiotensin II receptors, olmesartan allows blood vessels to relax and widen, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.

• Metoprolol (50 mg): This component is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker. It works by blocking the effects of certain natural chemicals in your body, such as epinephrine, on your heart and blood vessels. This action helps relax blood vessels, slow down the heart rate, and decrease the force of heart contractions.

• Store Ibolme Beta Tablet 10 at room temperature.

• Keep the medicine in its original packaging, away from direct light and moisture.

• Store in a dry place, as moisture can damage the tablet.

• Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Dispose of unused or expired medicine properly.

• Reduce salt intake: High sodium consumption raises blood pressure (hypertension). Limit processed foods, canned soups, and salty snacks to help your Ibolme Beta Tablet 10 work more effectively.

• Regular physical activity: Aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise (like brisk walking) most days of the week. This helps lower blood pressure naturally and improves your heart's health.
