Humog Hp 150iu Injection 1 is used for:

• Treatment of infertility in women who do not ovulate (including women with PCOS who did not respond to clomiphene citrate)
• Stimulation of multiple follicle development in assisted reproductive techniques (ART) such as IVF, ICSI, and GIFT
   

Follow these instructions while using Humog Hp 150iu Injection 1:

• Use the injection exactly as prescribed by your fertility specialist.
• This medicine is given as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous) or into a muscle (intramuscular), exactly as advised by your doctor.
• The first injection should be given under medical supervision.
• If you are instructed to self-inject, follow the clinic’s training carefully.
• Regular ultrasound scans and sometimes blood tests are required during treatment.
• Do not stop treatment or change the dose without consulting your doctor.

Humog Hp 150iu Injection 1 is administered by subcutaneous (under the skin) or intramuscular (into the muscle) injection, as advised by your doctor.

Humog Hp 150iu Injection 1 contains the following active component:

• Menotrophin (Human Menopausal Gonadotrophin (150 mg): This medicine provides two natural reproductive hormones, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). FSH stimulates the ovaries to develop and grow follicles (egg sacs that contain eggs), while LH supports the maturation of these follicles and triggers ovulation (release of the egg). Together, these hormones help restore normal ovarian function and support controlled ovarian stimulation in fertility treatments, thereby improving the chances of successful ovulation and pregnancy.

• Store in a refrigerator at 2°C–8°C before reconstitution as per instructions on the label.
• Do not freeze.
• After reconstitution, use the solution immediately or as advised in the product leaflet or by your doctor.
• Do not use if the solution is cloudy or contains particles.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.

• Maintain a healthy body weight, as being underweight or overweight can affect hormone balance and reduce the effectiveness of fertility treatment.
