CompositionFertyl-M Tablet is used to treat female infertility caused by problems with ovulation. It is a single-ingredient fertility medicine containing clomifene.
It helps the ovaries release a mature egg, which improves the chances of conception, including in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your specialist, usually as a short course early in the menstrual cycle, and complete the number of cycles advised.
Attend all ultrasound monitoring appointments, keep track of your menstrual cycle and maintain a healthy weight, as this helps your doctor assess your response to treatment.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have liver disease, ovarian cysts or abnormal vaginal bleeding, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Do not use this medicine if you are already pregnant. Report severe abdominal pain, bloating or changes in vision promptly, as these may need urgent review. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
