Extramol 250 MG Syrup is used for managing high body temperature and relieving mild to moderate pain in children. This oral suspension contains Paracetamol (also known as Acetaminophen), an analgesic and antipyretic agent widely recommended for paediatric care. By inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre, it helps bring down high body temperature and eases various types of discomfort. This suspension is fast-acting, well-absorbed, and gentle on the digestive system when taken as directed. 

• Paracetamol (250 Mg ): Paracetamol is a well-known analgesic and antipyretic that helps manage pain and reduce high body temperature. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord, thereby decreasing pain signals and body temperature. • Shake well before use.
