Endonac Gel 30 GM

• Endonac Gel 30 GM is used to relieve muscular aches, sprains, and strains, as well as discomfort from back pain. It also helps manage rheumatic or arthritic pain, joint swelling, and stiffness, and is effective in treating tendonitis and tennis elbow caused by overuse or irritation of tendons and muscles.

• Apply the gel to the affected area in the dosage and frequency prescribed by your doctor.
• Gently massage the gel until it's absorbed into the skin.
• Remember to wash your hands after application unless your hands are in the affected area.
• Keep away from open wounds, and damaged or irritated skin.
• Avoid covering the affected area with a bandage or plaster.

Endonac Gel 30 GM works in the human body in the following ways:

• Diclofenac diethylamine (1.16%): This NSAID inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme that produces prostaglandins, chemical substances that trigger pain and inflammation in your body.
• Linseed oil (3%): Rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid, linseed oil inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines, reducing inflammation at the application site.
• Menthol (5%): It stimulates TRPM8 receptors in the skin, creating a cooling sensation that masks pain signals. It also has local anaesthetic and vasodilating properties.
• Methyl salicylate (10%): Similar to diclofenac in function, it reduces inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis when applied topically. It also provides mild pain relief.

• Store Endonac Gel 30 GM in a cool place, ideally below 30°C.
• Keep the gel away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Ensure the tube is tightly sealed when not in use.
• Always store this medication out of the reach of children.
• Ensure you use the medicine before the expiry date marked on the tube and carton.
