Dubinor Ointment is used to relieve pain such as back pain, knee pain, neck pain, and neuropathic pain. It helps reduce inflammation and provides targeted relief to affected areas, making it ideal for managing discomfort in specific regions of the body. This ointment works efficiently to soothe pain and inflammation, promoting easier movement.

• Before application, ensure thorough hand hygiene and apply a layer of the ointment to the affected region. 
• Unless directed otherwise, avoid covering the treated area with occlusive dressings. Exercise caution to prevent application to the face, groin, or underarms.

The Dubinor Ointment is for external use only, so apply it to the affected area as directed.

Dubinor Ointment contains the following ingredients:

• Gabapentin (8%): It is an anticonvulsant that exerts its pharmacological effect by modulating neural signalling pathways to the central nervous system. By diminishing the transmission of messages, it subsequently attenuates the perception of pain.
• Diclofenac diethylamine (4.64%): It is classified within the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) category, exhibiting robust anti-inflammatory and analgesic (pain-relieving) characteristics. Upon topical application, it hinders the synthesis of prostaglandins, bioactive compounds that foster inflammation, pain, and swelling. The reduction in prostaglandin levels contributes to mitigating localised inflammation and pain, rendering diclofenac advantageous for conditions like muscle and joint injuries.
• Methyl salicylate (5%): It is part of the NSAIDs group and inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins, resulting in reduced swelling and diminished infiltration of inflamed tissues.

• Dubinor Ointment should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
