Donep-M Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Anticholinergic medicines: Medications like tiotropium and ipratropium work in the opposite way to donepezil, an active ingredient of Donep-M Tablet. This can potentially decrease the efficacy of this tablet.
• Cholinergic medicines: Medicines like bethanechol and physostigmine can have additive effects with donepezil, leading to an increase in intensity of side effects like severe indigestion, vomiting, and muscle cramps.
• Antacids: Antacids of all types, including H2 blockers like ranitidine and famotidine, and proton-pump inhibitors like rabeprazole and pantoprazole can reduce the absorption of memantine, an active component of Donep-M Tablet.
• Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors: Medicines of this category, like acetazolamide and diclofenamide, can decrease the elimination of memantine from your body, increasing its levels in the body.
