Dermatar Soap 75 GM

Dermatar Soap is used for managing scaling and inflammation. It combines the benefits of Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar to help manage persistent skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and seborrheic dermatitis. This formulation assists in exfoliating rough, scaly skin and reduces irritation caused by inflammation and excessive cell turnover. Salicylic Acid promotes the shedding of dead skin and enhances the absorption of topical agents. Coal Tar contributes to reducing redness, scaling, and skin thickening by slowing down skin cell proliferation. Regular use supports clearer skin texture and improved comfort in affected areas.

• Salicylic Acid: Salicylic Acid acts as a keratolytic agent that promotes exfoliation of the outermost skin layer. It softens thickened patches and encourages the removal of scales without damaging the underlying skin. It also supports enhanced penetration of other topical agents applied to the skin.
