Dailyglim M 4 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Glimepiride (4 mg): This component belongs to the sulfonylurea class of medicines. It stimulates the pancreatic beta cells to release more insulin into your bloodstream, which helps lower your blood glucose levels by facilitating the uptake of glucose into cells.
