Dab Gel 250/250/50 MG Syrup is used for relieving symptoms of hyperacidity, indigestion, and gas-related stomach discomfort. It is an oral syrup that combines Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Simethicone in a single formulation to provide fast relief from acidity, heartburn, bloating, and gas. Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide work together as antacids to neutralise excess stomach acid and protect the stomach lining, while Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles, easing bloating and abdominal discomfort. 

• Aluminium Hydroxide: Aluminium Hydroxide is an antacid that works by neutralising excess stomach acid, providing quick relief from heartburn, acid indigestion, and upset stomach. It also helps protect the stomach lining by forming a barrier against acid irritation.
   
• Magnesium Hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia): Magnesium Hydroxide is both an antacid and a mild laxative. It neutralises stomach acid to relieve acidity and heartburn and, at higher doses, can help ease constipation by drawing water into the intestines and promoting bowel movements.
   
• Simethicone: Simethicone is an anti-foaming agent that helps break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines. This makes it easier to pass trapped gas, reducing bloating, discomfort, and feelings of fullness caused by excess gas.
