Cypa Tablet 10 may interact with medications including:

• Anticoagulants such as warfarin: Prolonged paracetamol use may increase bleeding risk.
• Antiepileptics such as phenobarbital, phenytoin: The concomitant use may increase the risk of liver toxicity.
• Decongestants and appetite suppressants such as phenylpropanolamine: Concurrent use may increase the risk of cardiovascular effects, including raised blood pressure and heart rate, along with enhanced anticholinergic side effects.
• CNS depressants such as diazepam, phenobarbitone: Combined use may lead to additive central nervous system depression, resulting in increased drowsiness, sedation, and impaired alertness.
• Antihistamines such as diphenhydramine, cetirizine: Co-administration may intensify anticholinergic and sedative effects, causing excessive dryness, dizziness, and reduced concentration.

Cypa Tablet 10 should be used cautiously in patients with:

• Glaucoma: Anticholinergic effects may raise intraocular pressure and worsen symptoms, particularly in narrow-angle glaucoma.
• Prostatic hypertrophy: This medicine may increase the risk of urinary retention due to its anticholinergic action.
• Ulcerative colitis: Reduced gastrointestinal motility may aggravate bowel complications and increase the risk of toxic megacolon.
• Autonomic neuropathy: Anticholinergic effects may worsen autonomic dysfunction, leading to increased cardiovascular and gastrointestinal symptoms.
• Overactive thyroid: This medicine may exacerbate tachycardia and sensitivity to anticholinergic effects, requiring close monitoring.
• Seizure disorders: Caution is advised as certain components may lower the seizure threshold or precipitate seizures in susceptible patients.

The daily dose of Cypa Tablet 10 is determined by the doctor based on clinical need and individual response. Do not alter the dose without medical advice.

Overdose of Cypa Tablet 10 may lead to symptoms such as severe dryness of mouth, blurred vision, confusion, difficulty in urination, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or liver toxicity. Immediate medical attention is required in suspected overdose cases.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it is close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose.
