Dextromethorphan works on the part of the brain that controls the cough reflex, calming a persistent dry cough, while chlorpheniramine blocks histamine to relieve sneezing, a runny nose and nasal irritation.
Take this syrup using the measuring cup provided, at the dose and frequency your doctor prescribes, with or without food.
