Cofsils Cough Syrup is used to provide temporary relief from: 

• Cough 
• Cold

• Take this syrup orally using a measuring cup for precise dosing. 
• Shake the syrup well before use. 
• You can choose to take it with or without food, but it is advisable to maintain consistency in daily intake.

Cofsils Cough Syrup is taken orally.

Cofsils Cough Syrup contains the following components:

• Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (14.08 mg): Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine that works as an antiallergic and antitussive. It operates by competing with histamine for cell receptor sites on effector cells.
• Ammonium chloride (138 mg): Ammonium chloride acts as an expectorant by irritating mucous membranes, contributing to the relief of cough symptoms.
• Sodium citrate (57.03 mg): Sodium citrate acts as an expectorant by relieving congestion and facilitating easier expectoration through coughing.

• Cofsils Cough Syrup should be stored at room temperature, below 30°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Rinse your throat with salt water to alleviate a sore throat. Refrain from smoking and alcohol consumption. 
• Eliminate dairy products and processed foods, replacing them with nutrient-rich options like green leafy vegetables. 
• Stay hydrated to prevent a dry throat and loosen mucus. 
• Opt for fruits with high water content, such as pears, watermelon, peaches, and pineapples, while avoiding citrus fruits that may exacerbate the cough.
