Codifresh Dx Syrup 100ml is a combination medicine that contains three active ingredients:

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): Phenylephrine is a decongestant that works by constricting blood vessels in your nasal passages. This reduces inflammation and swelling, which helps ease nasal congestion and facilitates easier breathing.
