CANDIFEM VAGINAL CREAM 30GM may interact with the following medicines: 

• Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin): Systemic absorption of miconazole may rarely enhance anticoagulant effects and increase the risk of bleeding. Monitoring may be required. 
• Antiepileptics (e.g., phenytoin): Limited systemic absorption may rarely increase phenytoin levels and the risk of toxicity. Monitoring may be required. 
• Oral antidiabetic medicines (e.g., gliclazide): Although systemic absorption is limited, miconazole may rarely enhance the blood glucose-lowering effect of certain antidiabetic medicines. Monitor blood glucose levels if advised by your doctor.

CANDIFEM VAGINAL CREAM 30GM interacts with the following diseases/conditions:

• Blood disorders: Nitroimidazole derivatives may rarely affect blood cell counts. Patients with existing haematological disorders should use this medicine cautiously.
• Neurological disorders: Ornidazole may rarely cause neurological adverse effects. Patients with seizure disorders or peripheral neuropathy should use this medicine under medical supervision.
• Vaginal ulceration or severe vaginal irritation: Application may worsen local discomfort and irritation in severely inflamed tissues.

The amount and frequency of application are determined by your doctor based on infection severity and treatment response. Apply only the prescribed quantity to reduce irritation and adverse reactions.

Excessive vaginal use may increase irritation, burning, or local discomfort. Seek medical advice if significant irritation or unusual symptoms occur.

Apply as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is nearly time for the next application. Do not apply double quantities.
