The Camyfyl Plus Tablet 10 is used in the following conditions.

Uses of Camyfyl Plus Tablet 10 are:

• Colic: Relieves renal colic and biliary colic.
• Painful Periods: Eases dysmenorrhoea and pain due to gallstones.
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Manages abdominal pain and spasm linked to IBS.
• Diarrhoea and Dysentery: Helps relieve cramping associated with diarrhoea and dysentery.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

The Camyfyl Plus Tablet 10 is taken orally.

The Camyfyl Plus Tablet 10 contains the following components:

• Camylofin dihydrochloride (50 mg): It is an antispasmodic that relaxes the smooth muscles in your gastrointestinal tract. It blocks specific signals that trigger muscle contractions, reducing spasms in the digestive system. This action can relieve abdominal pain and discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome and colic conditions.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): It is an antipyretic and analgesic that operates by inhibiting the production of certain chemicals in the body that are involved in transmitting pain signals to the brain. This helps reduce pain sensations, making you more comfortable.

The storage instructions for the Camyfyl Plus Tablet 10 are as follows:

• Camyfyl Plus Tablet 10 should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Avoid heavy, strenuous exercise, as it can exacerbate abdominal pain. Instead, opt for stretching, low-impact aerobic exercises (walking, cycling, and swimming), and gentle yoga. Incorporate light weightlifting and regular muscle stretching to build and maintain muscle strength.
• Pay attention to your sitting posture, especially when dealing with pain and inflammation. Minimise prolonged sitting and limit it to short intervals (10-15 minutes). Consider using back support, such as a rolled-up towel, to reduce discomfort in the lower back. Keep your knees and hips at a right angle for added comfort.
• You can consume caffeine, but do so in moderation. Excessive caffeine intake may lead to irritability, poor sleep, and worsened menstrual cramps. Be mindful of your caffeine consumption to manage these potential side effects.
