Budexa 0.5 MG Respules 5 are used for the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It helps to alleviate wheezing, chest discomfort, and the feeling of tightness or pain caused by restricted airflow, improving overall breathing function in patients with respiratory disorders.

• Refer to the enclosed leaflet before using it.
• Administer Budexa 0.5 MG Respules 5 using a nebuliser, which creates a mist of the medicine for easy inhalation into the lungs.
• After inhalation, rinse your mouth with water to prevent fungal infections.
• Use the medicine as directed by your doctor, following the prescribed dosage, duration, and frequency of nebulisation.
• Do not discontinue treatment without consulting your doctor, even if you experience relief after a few doses.

Budexa 0.5 MG Respules 5 contains the following ingredients:

• Budesonide (0.5 mg): It is a corticosteroid that decreases swelling and irritation in the airways to allow for easier breathing. By decreasing inflammation, it helps prevent exacerbations and symptoms of asthma.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Do not freeze.
• Keep Budexa 0.5 MG Respules 5 away from children.

• If you're a smoker, quit smoking to manage asthma symptoms.
• Keep your living environment clean, and consider using air purifiers if necessary.
• Avoid exposure to smoke, strong odours, and chemical fumes, as they can irritate the airways and trigger bronchospasm. 
• Learn and practice breathing techniques to improve your lung function and control breathlessness. Consult your doctor to learn about breathing exercises.
