Budefine 1mg 2ml Pack Of 5 Respules are used for the following:

Follow these instructions while using Budefine 1mg 2ml Pack Of 5 Respules:

• Use this medicine with a nebuliser device only.

• Shake the transpule well before opening.

• Open the transpule by twisting off the top.

• Pour the entire contents into the nebuliser chamber.

• Use the nebuliser as instructed until all medication is used.

• Rinse your mouth with water after each use to prevent oral thrush.

Budefine 1mg 2ml Pack Of 5 Respules are administered via inhalation using a nebuliser.

Budefine 1mg 2ml Pack Of 5 Respules contain Budesonide (1 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Glucocorticoid receptor binding: Budesonide attaches to specific receptors in the airways called glucocorticoid receptors, which begins the anti-inflammatory process.

• Inflammatory mediator suppression: It prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation, which helps reduce swelling and irritation in the airways.

• Airway hyperresponsiveness reduction: Budesonide decreases the oversensitivity of airways to triggers, making them less likely to narrow or tighten in response to asthma triggers.

• Improved airflow: By reducing inflammation and swelling in the airways, budesonide helps increase the space through which air can flow, making breathing easier.

• Store upright at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light.

• Keep the transpules in their foil envelope until ready to use.

• Do not refrigerate or freeze the medicine.

• Discard unused transpules two weeks after opening the foil envelope.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.
