Budanour L 1.25/0.5 MG Respules 2 ML are used for the following:

• Management of bronchial asthma

• Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

• Relief of airway inflammation and narrowing

• Prevention of recurring asthma attacks

• Control of breathing difficulties in respiratory conditions

• Improvement of lung function in asthma patients

• Reduction of wheezing and chest tightness

• Management of respiratory symptoms in COPD

Follow these instructions while using Budanour L 1.25/0.5 MG Respules 2 ML:

• Use this medicine only with a proper nebulizer.

• Open the respule only when you are ready to use it.

• Pour the entire contents of the respule into the nebulizer chamber.

• Use the medicine immediately after opening the respule.

• Breathe normally through the nebulizer mouthpiece until all medicine is used.

• Discard any unused medicine from an opened respule.

• Store unopened respules in their protective foil pouch.

• Consult your doctor for specific advice on using this medicine.

Budanour L 1.25/0.5 MG Respules 2 ML are given via inhalation.

Budanour L 1.25/0.5 MG Respules 2 ML contains two active ingredients that work together to improve breathing:

• Budesonide (0.5 mg): This corticosteroid reduces inflammation in the airways by acting on the cells lining the nasal passages and lungs. It decreases the production of inflammatory substances, thus reducing swelling and irritation in the airways.

• Levosalbutamol (1.25 mg): As a bronchodilator, it relaxes the muscles around the airways, making them wider. This action allows air to flow more easily into and out of the lungs, helping you breathe more comfortably.

• Keep Budanour L 1.25/0.5 MG Respules 2 ML in their protective foil pouch until ready for use.

• Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C.

• Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• Keep all medicines out of sight and reach of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Discard any unused portion of the opened respule immediately.

• Avoid smoke exposure: Stay away from cigarette smoke and polluted environments as these can worsen asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) symptoms and reduce how well your medicine works.

• Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps keep the mucus in your airways thinner, making it easier to clear your lungs when you have respiratory conditions.
