Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML is used in the following conditions: 

• Management of upper respiratory tract infections including sore throat and inflamed tonsils 
• Management of lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis, flare-ups of chronic bronchitis, and pneumonia acquired in community settings
• Managing skin and soft tissue infections
• Management of otitis media, an infection in the middle part of the ear.

You should give Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML in the following way: 

• Use a measuring cup to measure the correct dose.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML can be mixed with water, milk or fruit juice to make it easier for your child to take.
• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving them this medicine.
• Keep the bottle tightly capped after use.

Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML is given orally. 

Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML contains the following component:

• Roxithromycin (100 mg): Roxithromycin works by limiting the growth of bacteria. This means it prevents bacteria from multiplying or growing larger. This medicine attaches itself to specific parts of the bacteria called the 50S ribosomal subunit. This action inhibits the conversion of messenger RNA into proteins which are vital for bacterial growth. 

The storage instructions for Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML are as follows:

• Store this medicine at room temperature, around 25°C, and protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use this medication once it has passed its expiry date.

• Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids to help prevent dehydration, especially since diarrhea can be a possible side effect of antibiotics like Biorox 50 MG Liquid 30 ML.
• Limit your child's consumption of sugary foods and beverages. Sugar can promote bacterial growth, which may complicate the management of bacterial infections.
