Bericort 6 MG Syrup 30 ML is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy and other inflammatory or autoimmune conditions.

• Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy: Helps maintain muscle strength in this condition.
• Autoimmune and Joint Diseases: Helps with lupus, autoimmune hepatitis, sarcoidosis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Take Bericort 6 MG Syrup 30 ML in the following way or as your doctor prescribes:

• Shake the bottle well before each dose
• Use a measuring cup to take it by mouth.
• This suspension can be taken with or without food, though it’s best to take it at the same time each day.

Bericort 6 MG Syrup 30 ML contains the following component:

• Deflazacort (6 mg): This corticosteroid is converted in the body to its active form, where it binds to receptors to provide anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. Its anti-inflammatory action works by blocking specific chemicals that trigger inflammation, while the immunosuppressive effect lowers the immune system’s sensitivity.
