Belic Tablet 10

Belic Tablet is used to relieve stomach cramps and pain caused by a range of digestive and cramping conditions.

Uses of Belic Tablet are:

• Stomach Cramps and IBS: Relieves stomach cramps and pain, including those linked with irritable bowel syndrome.
• Digestive Discomfort: Helps with indigestion and gas.
• Colic Pain: Eases cramping pain such as intestinal, biliary, and renal colic, and menstrual cramps.

1. Take the whole tablet with a glass of water.
2. Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.
3. The medicine can be taken irrespective of meals; it can be taken with or without food.
4. For specific advice concerning your condition or your dose, it is suggested that you consult your doctor.

Belic Tablet is taken orally.

Belic Tablet works in the human body in the following manner:

• Hyoscine butylbromide (10 mg): It helps relax the smooth muscle cells in your gut, which in turn, reduces cramping and abdominal pain.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): It works by blocking the production of certain chemicals (prostaglandins) in the body, which are responsible for causing pain and fever. By doing so, paracetamol helps reduce pain perception centrally.

1. Always store Belic Tablet at room temperature, below 30°C.
2. Keep this medicine in a cool, dry place to protect it from moisture.
3. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
4. Ensure the medicine is kept out of the reach and sight of children.
5. Make sure to use the medicine before its expiry date as indicated on the package.

• For gastrointestinal issues, try to have regular meals and eat smaller portions more frequently.
• Include more fibre-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet.
• Avoid consuming fatty, spicy, or fried foods that can irritate your stomach.
• Drinking plenty of water can help improve digestion.
• For menstrual cramps, try warm compresses or heating pads on your lower abdomen to relieve pain.
• Regular exercises like walking or yoga can also help reduce menstrual pain.
