CompositionAnicobal 1500 Mcg Injection 2 Ml is used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency that cannot be corrected by diet, including deficiency causing anaemia (megaloblastic anaemia) or nerve problems (peripheral neuropathy).
It contains vitamin B12. It works by replacing the B12 the body needs to make red blood cells, keep nerves healthy and support cell function.
It is given as an injection as prescribed, often as a course, then less often for maintenance.
Tell your doctor about any ongoing conditions before use. Report marked weakness, palpitations or muscle cramps, as your doctor may check your potassium level when the deficiency is being corrected.
