Angel Suspension 170 ML

Angel Suspension is used for relieving heartburn, indigestion, bloating, and other symptoms caused by excess stomach acid and gas. It is formulated with Aluminium Hydroxide (300 mg), Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate (50 mg), Magnesium Hydroxide/Milk of Magnesia (25 mg), and Simethicone (25 mg). These ingredients work together to neutralise stomach acid, reduce gas bubbles, and soothe the digestive tract. Angel Suspension provides fast-acting relief from discomfort due to acidity or gas and is suitable for adults and children as advised by a doctor.

• Simethicone: An antiflatulent that helps reduce bloating and gas in the digestive tract. It works by breaking down gas bubbles, making it easier for the body to expel them, thereby alleviating bloating and discomfort.
   
• Aluminium Hydroxide: It acts as an antacid. It neutralises excess stomach acid, providing relief from heartburn, indigestion, and gastritis. It forms a protective layer on the stomach lining, helping in the healing of ulcers and managing acid irritation.
   
• Magnesium Hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia): Another antacid and mild laxative, it works alongside aluminium hydroxide to reduce stomach acidity. It also helps counteract the constipating effect of aluminium salts and offers mild relief in acid peptic disorders.
   
• Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate: It acts as a buffering agent and helps in soothing the gastrointestinal tract. It helps maintain the pH balance in the stomach and supports the overall antacid effect.
