This medicine helps relieve fever, headache, body aches, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and throat discomfort associated with cold and allergy-related conditions.

Follow these instructions while taking ALDIGESIC COLD & FLU TABLET 10:

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Take the medicine after food to help reduce stomach irritation.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless advised by your doctor.
Take the medicine at the prescribed intervals.
Do not take more than the recommended dose.

Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that helps reduce the production of substances responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. This helps relieve body aches, throat discomfort, headache, and fever associated with cold-related illnesses.
Caffeine (25 mg): It is a central nervous system stimulant that may help improve alertness and reduce feelings of tiredness. It is also included in some pain-relieving combinations to support the effectiveness of analgesic medicines.
Cetirizine (5 mg): It is an antihistamine that works by blocking the action of histamine, a chemical involved in allergic reactions. This helps reduce symptoms such as sneezing, a runny nose, watery eyes, and nasal irritation.

High blood pressure or heart disease: Patients with high blood pressure should consult their doctor before taking this medicine because phenylephrine may increase blood pressure in some individuals.
Peptic ulcer disease: ALDIGESIC COLD & FLU TABLET 10 may increase the risk of stomach irritation, worsening of existing ulcers, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Contact your doctor if you develop severe stomach pain, black or bloody stools, or vomiting of blood, as these may be signs of serious stomach complications.
