Acceclomax Plus 50/125 MG Syrup 60 ML is used for managing the following conditions in children:

• Painful symptoms during colds and flu

• Fever reduction

• Inflammation, redness, and swelling related to various conditions

• Relief from toothache and sore throat pain

Give Acceclomax Plus 50/125 MG Syrup 60 ML to your child as follows:

• Shake the bottle of Acceclomax Plus 50/125 MG Syrup 60 ML well before use.

• Measure out the exact quantity as recommended by your doctor using a spoon or cup.

• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving this medicine.

Acceclomax Plus 50/125 MG Syrup 60 ML is given orally to your child.

Acceclomax Plus 50/125 MG Syrup 60 ML contains two active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (50 mg): This component is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It selectively blocks an enzyme known as cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in your child's body. This enzyme produces certain substances called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation. By inhibiting COX-2, aceclofenac reduces these prostaglandins, thereby decreasing pain and inflammation.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (125 mg): It is believed to act within the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord). Here, it blocks the production of prostaglandins, which carry pain signals and help regulate body temperature. Additionally, paracetamol has some minor effects on the COX enzymes, similar to aceclofenac, but these effects are much weaker and mainly occur outside of the central nervous system.

These two ingredients collectively help manage pain and reduce fever and inflammation in children.

• Store Acceclomax Plus 50/125 MG Syrup 60 ML below 30°C in a cool, dry place.

• Shield it from direct sunlight.

• Seal the bottle tightly when not in use.

• Keep it out of reach of children.

• Encourage your child to drink plenty of water. This helps prevent dehydration, particularly if your child has a fever or is experiencing diarrhoea from a cold or flu.

• If your child has a toothache or sore throat, give soft, easy-to-chew foods. Warm soups and fruit puree can be soothing and easier to swallow.
