Psoratec Scalp Solution is used for managing scalp conditions such as psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, and dandruff. It promotes skin cell turnover and reduces scaling. It works by softening thickened patches of skin and helping remove dead skin layers. Salicylic acid in the solution exfoliates and moisturises the scalp, while Coal Tar slows excessive skin cell growth and decreases dryness. The solution helps relieve itching, redness, and discomfort caused by scalp irritation. 

• Coal Tar (8%): Coal Tar slows excessive skin cell growth and reduces the accumulation of dead skin on the scalp. It supports shedding of thickened skin layers and helps maintain a smoother scalp surface. Coal Tar relieves dryness and flaking while helping calm inflammation and itchiness in affected areas.
