• Take the required amount of Kerala Ayurveda Murivenna in a bowl. 
• Place this bowl in warm water until it becomes slightly warm. 
• Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface and check if the oil is warm enough by putting a drop on your inner wrist. 
• Gently massage the affected area with the oil. 

For twisted muscles and sprains (Do a Pichu):

• Pichu (sponging) is a simple and easy technique to apply and hold medicated oil over the affected body part. In the resting position, It obviates the need for bandages. 
• Spread a piece of cotton, dip it in the warm oil and apply it over the painful area. 
• Maintain the temperature by replacing the cotton with another one dipped in warm oil regularly. 
• Take a bath in warm water so that oil penetrates deep into your skin.

For burns, scalds and ulcers: 

• Clean the affected area with water and pat dry. 
• Apply enough Murivenna in a cotton swab or gauze over the affected area.
• Cover the wound with a non-adherent dry gauze.

• Avoid vigorous massaging over the affected area if you have a sprain, cut or burn. 
• For burns and scalds, apply the oil immediately after injury to minimise the formation of blisters and permanent scarring.
• Read the label carefully before use.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and strong-smelling substances.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Pregnant or lactating women and people with other medical conditions should consult a doctor before using.
• The ideal temperature for storage is 25 degrees centigrade.
