• After 8-10 days of your menstrual period, soak two pieces of sponge or cotton wool with Arusak.
• Insert one piece on each side of your private area.
• Attach a strong thread to each piece for easy removal.
• Remove the sponges or cotton wool in the morning.
• One 50 gm tube of Arusak is typically sufficient for 15 days.
• Avoid intercourse during the treatment and three days before and after application.
