• Turn on the nebuliser machine.
• Breathe normally through the mask, inhaling the medicated mist deeply.
• Keep inhaling until the nebuliser chamber is empty (usually 5–10 minutes).
• Avoid talking or removing the mask during the process for best results.
• Switch off the nebuliser once done.
• Wash the mask and tubing with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and let them air dry.
