The combination of Lactitol and Ispaghula promotes gentle digestive regulation, supporting overall gut comfort. The granules’ orange-lemon flavour enhances palatability, making them easy to consume. • Lactitol (10g): Lactitol softens stools and makes bowel movements easier by drawing water into the intestines. It improves stool consistency and helps reduce the effort required during evacuation. Lactitol supports regular bowel function and promotes digestive comfort when taken consistently.
   
• Ispaghula (3.5g): Ispaghula absorbs water and swells in the intestines, which increases the bulk of the stool. It stimulates intestinal movement and helps in the smooth passage of stools. Ispaghula manages bowel regularity and enhances overall digestive well-being with consistent use.
   
• Other Ingredients: Excipients and Colour.

• Take 15 g of granules once or twice daily or as directed by the Physician.
• Add one measuring scoop of Ezyfibre to a glass of water. Stir briskly and consume the contents immediately. Follow it up with a glass of water.
