Brigut Rz 250/10 MG Sachet is used for managing various forms of acute diarrhoea. It regulates intestinal fluid secretion and supports gut flora restoration. It combines the antisecretory power of Racecadotril with the probiotic benefits of Saccharomyces boulardii and the immune-supportive role of Zinc. This blend supports the gut’s structural and microbial integrity while helping to reduce the frequency and volume of loose stools. Racecadotril works by limiting excessive water and electrolyte secretion into the intestines, reducing stool liquidity without interfering with natural intestinal movement. 

• Racecadotril (250 mg): Racecadotril is an antisecretory agent that helps manage acute diarrhoea by inhibiting the enzyme enkephalinase. This action increases the levels of natural enkephalins in the gut, which reduce excessive water and electrolyte loss through the intestines, thus firming up stools and reducing their frequency.
   
• Saccharomyces boulardii (10 mg): Saccharomyces boulardii is a live yeast probiotic known for helping restore and maintain gut microbiota balance.
