Zecort 24 MG Tablet 6 is used for the following:

• Managing rheumatoid arthritis

• Supporting the treatment of certain cancers

• Preventing organ rejection after transplant

Follow these instructions while taking Zecort 24 MG Tablet 6:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Take this medicine exactly as your doctor has advised.

Zecort 24 MG Tablet 6 is taken orally.

Zecort 24 MG Tablet 6 contains deflazacort (24 mg), which works on the body in the following ways:

• Anti-inflammatory diet: If you're taking Zecort 24 MG Tablet 6 for inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or inflammatory bowel disease, consider including foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (like fatty fish) and antioxidants (like colourful fruits and vegetables).

• Bone health: Since long-term use of deflazacort may affect bone density, ensure adequate calcium and vitamin D intake through dairy products, leafy greens, and appropriate sun exposure.
