• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors: Medicines like ketoconazole, itraconazole, and clarithromycin can increase the levels of sirolimus in your blood.

• Strong CYP3A4 inducers: Medicines such as rifampin and St. John's wort can decrease sirolimus concentrations in your body.

• Immunosuppressants: Other immunosuppressant medicines like cyclosporine when used together, Siromus Tablet may increase the harmful effects of cyclosporine on your kidneys.

• Live vaccines: If you're taking Siromus Tablet, avoid live vaccines due to the risk of vaccine-associated infection.

Certain food items can interact with Siromus Tablet:

• Grapefruit and grapefruit juice: These can increase sirolimus levels in your blood.

Siromus Tablet may interact with the following diseases:

• Liver disease: If you have liver issues, Siromus Tablet should be used with care, as it may worsen your condition.

• Hyperlipidaemia: Patients with this condition should be cautious when taking Siromus Tablet, as it may increase cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.

• Skin cancer: You are at a higher risk of developing skin cancer if you're taking Siromus Tablet, so ensure to protect yourself from sun exposure.
