Salizer 12 % Cream is used for managing skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. It combines Clobetasol, a corticosteroid that helps reduce skin inflammation, with Salicylic Acid, which may exfoliate rough and scaly skin. This combination helps soothe itching and redness and remove dead skin layers, allowing healthy skin to regenerate. It helps the affected skin areas regain softness, smoothness, and comfort while maintaining hydration.

• Clobetasol (0.05%): Clobetasol is a potent corticosteroid known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-itching properties. It can help in reducing the action of certain chemicals in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. It may relieve irritation in chronic skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol helps minimise discomfort caused by inflammation and restore the natural texture of the skin. 
   
• Salicylic Acid (3%): Salicylic Acid acts as a keratolytic agent, which can help remove dead skin cells and soften thickened or scaly skin. It may break down keratin, a protein that forms part of the skin structure by promoting the shedding of dry or flaky skin. It helps clear blocked pores, reducing roughness and promoting skin smoothness. Salicylic Acid may also enhance the penetration of Clobetasol into the skin, improving its effectiveness.
