Phlebotroy QPS Solution is used to manage varicose veins, superficial thrombophlebitis, bruising, and circulation disorders. It helps reduce swelling, improve blood flow, ease soft tissue inflammation, and support healing of vascular and skin-related conditions.

Here are the instructions for using Phlebotroy QPS Solution:

• This medicine is for external use only. Do not apply it to open wounds or mucous membranes.

• Before applying, ensure your hands are clean.

• Apply a thin layer of the solution to the affected area.

• Gently massage the solution into your skin 2-3 times daily.

Phlebotroy QPS Solution contains Heparin (5000 IU), which works in the body through the following mechanisms:

• Activates Antithrombin III: Heparin activates antithrombin III, a substance in your body that helps prevent blood clots.

• Inactivates Clotting Factors: By activating antithrombin III, Heparin inactivates several clotting factors in your blood, including thrombin and other clotting factors like Xa, IXa, XIa, and XIIa. This action prevents the formation of new blood clots and stops existing blood clots from growing larger.

• Prevents Conversion of Fibrinogen to Fibrin: Heparin inhibits the conversion of fibrinogen, a protein in your blood, into fibrin. Fibrin is a key player in blood clot formation. By blocking this conversion, Heparin prevents clot formation and extension of existing clots.

• Acts Locally on Skin: When applied topically, Heparin penetrates the skin and subcutaneous tissue, acting locally to inhibit superficial thrombosis in varicose veins and associated complications.
