Pepflux 250/50/250 MG Gel is used for managing acidity, indigestion, and related stomach discomfort. It contains Aluminium Hydroxide, Dimethicone and Magnesium Hydroxide (Milk Of Magnesia) to reduce stomach acid production. Dimethicone, an anti-foaming agent relieves gas and bloating, and Magnesium Hydroxide, an antacid neutralises stomach acid. This gel formulation offers fast and effective relief from symptoms like heartburn, acid reflux, and stomach upset, providing comfort and improving digestion.
