Oncet-3D Tablet may interact with the following drugs

• Anti-infective agents such as erythromycin, ketoconazole, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, and amoxicillin increase the effect of Oncet-3D Tablet.
• Acid-lowering medicines like antacids containing aluminium or magnesium cimetidine decrease the effect of Oncet-3D Tablet.
• Medications prescribed for heart conditions like furosemide, diltiazem, verapamil, and isoprenaline increase the effect of Oncet-3D Tablet. 
• Medications that manage fits and tuberculosis, such as phenytoin, phenobarbital and rifampin, since they increase liver metabolism.

To maintain the effectiveness of the Oncet-3D Tablet, it's advisable to refrain from consuming specific fruit juices like orange, apple, and grapefruit alongside it.

Oncet-3D Tablet can interact with conditions/diseases, including

• Fits: Caution is advised in individuals with a history of seizures, as some components in Oncet-3D Tablet may potentially lower the seizure threshold.
• Gastric or duodenal ulcers: There's a potential risk of stomach irritation or ulcer exacerbation with Oncet-3D Tablet.
