Mygranol Plus 10 MG Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Other blood pressure or heart medicines (such as ACE inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, or antiarrhythmics): Taking these together may lead to an excessive drop in blood pressure or a slower than normal heart rate. This can cause symptoms such as dizziness, tiredness, or fainting. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure and pulse more closely.
• Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medicines (such as amitriptyline, fluoxetine, benzodiazepines): When taken together, there may be increased drowsiness, reduced concentration, and slower reaction time. Inform your doctor if you feel overly sleepy or mentally slowed.
• Other beta-blockers: Taking more than one beta-blocker at the same time can increase the risk of heart-related effects such as a very slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, or fatigue. Your doctor will usually avoid prescribing multiple beta-blockers together.

Taking more than advised may cause severe drowsiness, a very slow heartbeat, breathing difficulty, low blood pressure, or fainting. If an overdose is suspected, seek emergency medical help immediately.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your usual schedule. Do not take extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.
